Refund Policy
We strive to deliver high-quality academic work and excellent service. Refund will usually take 3-5 business days to complete. Refunds may apply under the following conditions:
Eligible Refunds:
- Quality Issue: Work unusable even after revisions (full or partial refund 50–70%)
- Plagiarism: Proven plagiarism (full refund after review)
- Duplicate Payment: Report within 48 hours for full refund
- Order Cancellation:
- Within 2 hours – 100% refund
- Within 24 hours – 90% refund
- After 24 hours but before work starts – 70% refund
- Expert Not Assigned: 100% refund within 3–5 business days
No Refunds For:
- Change of mind after work starts
- Changing requirements post-order
- Low grades or rejection by institutions
- Requests made after 30 days of completion
Refund Options:
- Full refund to original payment method
- Partial refund (retain work ownership)
- 110% refund as account credit (valid 12 months)
